Operational Officer, National Extradition Unit (NEU) – JICC Secondee The National Extradition Unit is home to a wealth of experience in specific country knowledge and the processes relating to Extradition both into and out of the UK. The team provide advice and guidance where a subject has fled overseas and in relation to locating foreign subjects in the UK, including the post-arrest procedures for surrendering a subject. The team provide intelligence support by developing subject profiles to assist our in-house operational Extradition Unit and UK law enforcement, to locate and effect the arrest of those wanted by foreign partners. They also work closely with the ILO network regarding UK fugitives wanted overseas, and use the NCA’s niche capabilities in support of international fugitive hunts. View job Officer, Police & Partner Engagement Unit (PPEU) – JICC Secondee As an officer in the Joint International Crime Centre (JICC), you will assess, research and develop information and intelligence in support of UK policing in matters related to international criminality. You will draw on the National Crime Agency’s Annual Plan, National Control Strategy and operational priorities in the fight to address the challenge posed by international criminality. You will plan, research, identify and collate data/information from multiple sources, including internal and external systems and understand available intelligence/information sources and determine the most appropriate to use. View job Senior Officer, Police & Partner Engagement Unit (PPEU) – JICC Secondee As a Senior Officer in the JICC, you will manage/supervise a team responsible for the acquisition and development of tactical and strategic intelligence and/or prevention initiatives focused on international crime affecting the UK. You will provide operational support, advice and guidance to UK law enforcement throughout the UK in any matters involving international criminality.  You will ensure national/local strategy, policy, legislative frameworks and operational priorities are developed and promoted amongst NPCC, Law Enforcement partners and government departments. The JICC leads, coordinates and supports the response of UK policing and wider law enforcement to international crime. It leads and coordinates lawful international cooperation through a 24/7 service that prioritises and responds to operational requirements of domestic and international partners. As a part of the (JICC), you will provide an international cooperation service to front line policing and wider law enforcement, using all of the international capabilities within the NCA.
