Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, interpret, and index all incoming information including messages, statements, and documents into HOLMES or manual systems
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive databases to support investigations from inception
- Conduct detailed research to identify potential suspects, witnesses, and evidential links
- Extract and assess key information to support enquiry officers and investigative decision-making
- Highlight critical findings, anomalies, or risks to the Senior Investigating Officer via appropriate channels
- Receive and accurately record information from a range of sources, including witnesses and external contacts
- Handle telephone enquiries within the Major Incident Room with professionalism and precision
- Support Casualty Bureau operations as required
