Volunteer Memorial Gardens Assistant
Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
We are looking for someone with an interest in gardening to join our volunteer memorial gardening team. An ability to tell the difference between a weed and a flower is helpful, but not essential — plant Latin names are definitely not required!
What you’ll need:
A reasonable level of fitness, as most tasks involve bending and kneeling at ground level, with occasional light overhead pruning
Minimal heavy lifting or hard digging
A willingness to work both as part of a small team on larger projects and independently on individual tasks
Location
Netley
