TIB services (formerly Trust in Blue) exclusively recruit from the Police, Fire & Rescue and Ambulance Services to provide vital caretaker and site support to schools in your area.
We help schools when they are in difficulty, typically if their own site team are sick or when they are recruiting.
Paying £84-120 per day.

Work on either a casual worker zero hours PAYE contract or a self-employed contract.
You do not need any related qualifications but you should as a minimum requirement be a competent and confident DIYer. Any prior property maintenance experience is a bonus.
Tasks vary and might include; security, checking premises, alarm tests, supervising cleaning staff, driving, porterage, minor repairs and maintenance.
We need team players with excellent communication skills who will be flexible in responding to the needs of the job and who pull their weight to ensure the smooth running of the school.
Some schools require full time weekday support and others just need 2-3 days each week. You will have full control over when you work and which jobs you choose to take on, setting your own work-life balance.
TIB Services was founded as ‘Trust in Blue’ in 2013 by Nick Orde-Powlett. The company piloted in Bromley and South East London before expanding across the UK.
We now have a pool of over 1,500 retired police officers and we can provide relief caretaker and site support across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
In addition to our core site support services we also undertake decorating and general maintenance for schools, care homes and other sensitive locations.
