We are looking for candidates who have a strong track record of delivery in a variety of environments. This includes an ability to work to corporate and local objectives within a culture of change, as well as managing resources effectively.

As a leader, you’ll face a number of challenges including dramatic crime reduction, ensuring that our policing style meets community expectations, and maintaining effective policing against a changing economic climate.

This career opportunity is open to exceptional Inspectors/Detective Inspectors looking for promotion, and Chief Inspectors/Detective Chief Inspectors with a proven track record of effective delivery.
